This training explores indicators of belonging and potential barriers to building a culture of belonging. Participants will engage in discussion and activities to promote student academic success by emphasizing a warm demander stance of high expectations and positive regard. The session also introduces the four components of teacher credibility to expand teachers’ capacity to influence student learning while building credibility with students.
